| Q: What are your shipping methods? |
| A: Shipping will be via UPS Ground Service at a Flat Rate of $5.95 for
orders within the 48 contiguous states up to 10lbs. All orders over 10lbs.

- Next Day, Second Day and Three Day air service is available but must
be paid in full by the customer. Shipping charges are based on the weight

- Orders shipping US Mail (PO Box, Military APO/FPO, and International)
will ship within 3-5 business days and will be charged actual USPS rates
plus a $3.00 processing fee per order.

| A: We are sorry, but due to the excess weight of the liquids and additional
packing measures that must be taken to ensure a safe delivery, they do not
qualify for the free shipping for purchases over $199 policy. |
