AM Formula:

Green Tea Extract
Green Tea contains polyphenols, catechins and Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). These compounds serve as powerful antioxidants that guard against premature cell aging, helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels, protects the heart, increases energy levels and helps to raise the body's metabolism so that it burns off more calories. It is also a good source of Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and many essential minerals. The fat burning qualities of green tea are attributed to its ability to increase the half-life of molecules known as catecholamines, or catechins. Catechins ignite the metabolism to burn fat rather than store it. Green tea catechins also lower or control blood sugar via the regulation of hepatic glucose production. Moreover, akin to insulin, EGCG increases glucose uptake among skeletal muscle but without turning off thermogenesis or eliciting negative side effects. The end result is controlled weight.

Hoodia Gordonii

When should I take AM?
AM should be taken 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch. It is not recommended to take AM with dinner as it may interfere with your normal sleeping patterns.

How many capsules should I take?
You should take one to two capsules with breakfast and lunch.

How long should I take AM?
For optimal results you should use AM for 8-12 weeks and then take a 2-4 week break. Continued use of this product could cause your body to become tolerant to the effects of AM, thus it is recommended that you cycle off after 8-12 weeks of use.

Should I cycle AM?
Yes, you should take a 2-4 week break from AM after 8-12 weeks of usage.

Does AM contain stimulants?
Yes, AM contains caffeine.

Can AM be used with pre-workout stimulants?
AM can be safely stacked with pre-workout stimulants. It is also safe to take AM before a workout. However you should be aware of how much caffeine you are taking in, and know how tolerant you are to the effects of caffeine. Each AM Capsule contains 95mg of caffeine.

Can AM be stacked with other supplements?
AM is safe to be taken along with most other supplements. It is not recommended to take AM with any other fat-burners which contain stimulants.

Garcina Cambogia
